The SMC Archive has its collections organized to align with the institutional structures of college. These collections are in the process of being organized, inventoried, and digitized. Below are brief descriptions and links to further details about each collection.
Academic Affairs
This collection houses documents and resources related to the academic departments of the college. Academic Senate, curriculum, program review, sabbaticals, athletics, and other instructional related programs can be found here.
Student Affairs and Campus Life
This collection houses documents and resources related to student life.

Facilities
This collection houses documents and resources related to the management of the college's physical properties. Master Facility Plans, campus sites, building plans, and other physical ground details can be found here.
Special Services
This collection houses those entities that have functions that extend beyond administration, academics, and student life. Examples include but are not limited to Campus Police, Health Services, SMC Foundation, SMC Associates, and KCRW.
